Here we go again!!!

This was my postpartum fitness progress after Baby #1. I used the Insanity & Turbo Fire Programs, plus my own personal training plan.
I was a stay at home mom after Baby #1. Now.... I'm a gym owner, personal trainer, group fitness instructor, cheerleading & tumbling instructor, and mother of TWO. Life is absolutely chaotic, but I'm hoping to find balance along the way! This will be my story... stay tuned!!!
